1. Our Privacy Pledge to Physicians
MeduBox Academy and Adization Inc. respect the professional privacy of licensed doctors. We do not sell physician data, personal identity profiles, or learning progress logs to pharmaceutical advertisers, recruiters, or data brokers.
2. Information We Collect
- Doctor Account Profile: Your verified email address, physician display name, and specialty credentials approved via our store.
- CPD & Course Progress: Video completion timestamps, learning hours, quiz evaluations, and issued digital completion certificates.
- Remembered Devices: Encrypted device tokens saved only when you select “Remember me on this device” for convenient 1-click access.
3. Patient Privacy & Clinical De-Identification
Every surgical procedure, operative walkthrough, and patient case presented on MeduBox Academy strictly protects patient privacy. All personal and identifying patient details are completely de-identified prior to publication, ensuring safe and ethical clinical education.
4. Data Security & Storage Standards
All data transmitted to and from MeduBox Academy is encrypted with industry-standard secure SSL protocols. Your doctor profile and CPD records are protected by strict role-based access controls and isolated multi-tenant architectures.
5. Your Records & Support Requests
You can request an export of your CPD completion records or update your account information at any time by contacting our central support desk at adization@gmail.com.
