You can update your legal physician name anytime in your Account Settings. All new certificates generated after the update will reflect your updated name immediately.

Access is reserved for verified physicians. Before signing in, your account must first be approved through our official store at adization.kr (Shopify). Once approved, enter your registered doctor email to receive a 6-digit verification code in your inbox and log in immediately—no passwords to create, remember, or reset.
